The shooting occurred in the first block of South Mary Street around 4:43 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, according to Lancaster City police.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the injured man, who was taken to the hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive, authorities said.
“All parties involved in this incident have been identified,” police stated.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
